OneBlock Realm no longer functions as intended

The OneBlock realm no longer functions as it was intended since the Nether update. There is an updated version of the map that fixes the problems, but the version of the map used by Realms is outdated. Once you get the Nether phase of OneBlock the block will disappear and you can no longer mine it, even though there are 3 more whole phases to be gone through after the Nether phase.
