Constant connecting screen for some members of my realm

For the past few days, users on my realm have had an issue connecting. It started with me being the only one unable to connect to the server. I didn't get an error message but instead was stuck on the connecting page forever. After swapping the world save, I was able to connect but after that almost all other users are no longer able to connect with the same issue I started off having. We have tried most of the things on the FAQ and troubleshooting pages we could find for connection issues and none of it has changed anything.
