realms problem with all invite types

my friend can't invite me to realms, i am his friend on xbox live, and whenever we try to use a url, this comes up: (see pic)    oh, and he can invite everyone else, and the realm isnt full on players.     please help.      i meant to post this here but i accsedently posted this somewhere else so, now its here too  MCPE-104179
