Villagers not Breeding in Minecraft Bedrock 1.16.4 Realm

Hello,

Villagers are not breeding in my Bedrock Realm for any members. We have all played before and are aware of the mechanics of Villager breeding and there doesn't seem to be any logical reason for this functionality to be down.

I myself play on the Windows 10 version but other members play on Android Phones and Nintendo Switch and we all have the same issue. I have tried reloading the realm from a back up but that didn't resolve the issue so I am kind of out of options on my end. We have a lot of work in this realm so I don't want to scrap it but we really need this mechanic to work.
