chat-filter censored in own realm

I seem to have triggered the chat filter in my own realm to cause all of my text to be censored. Unfortunately I can't easily tell what caused the filter to censor me so I can avoid repeating this problem in the future. Alternatively, it would be nice to have the ability to disable the filter entirely on my own Realm.
