Cannot upload/replace realm. Original realm game settings

I bought a realm membership to play, loaded me into a realm where I can't access coordinates, or any other settings. 

Ive tried to replace the realm over 30 times and nothing. Won't even begin to load, just tells me it immediately fails. I've made new 6 worlds and none of them can be loaded in. Not a MB issue, since these are brand new worlds. 

This is so annoying. I can't even use the realm, I'm just wasting my time trying to fix it, and wasting the time I bought for this membership. 

I've looked online and it seems like no one can get this issue resolved.
