error when changing a world in Realms (bedrock)

I've been building a world for more than a month to play with friends and when I was able to pay for the kingdom and I try to replace the map to play with them, it throws me an error, at this moment I am unable to play the world because I cannot change the world, I hope so fix soon not to say wasting my money.
