I can't download my realms

Dear all, hope you can check this situation.

I haven't been able to download my realms map, I tried some actions as:

• inactivated all resources and behaviour packs
• closed realms
• tried to replace the map with a backup
• tried to repeat all previous steps at a different console (Nintendo Switch)

 

An additional info is that I started this map out of realms with a Nintendo Switch, now I am playing at Win10.
