I can't put or do any kind of backup on my realm.

I tried to reset a current backup of my world 1.16.40 with a size of 10MB and internet of 200MB, but I couldn't get this backup and none different in my realm, it loads and gives error after a few seconds. Some other errors even in deactivating the realm. Three days with this error, I bought another realm to see if the problem would improve and continued in the same, errors and failures to put the backup.
