I couldn't connect to realm and once i got in, everything was frozen. Seems the realm is not responding at all

The realm is not working and trouble getting into it. Everything was frozen when i got in after waiting for hours to connect. It has been two days and no idea how to fix it. Been calling out for help from social media and official website but nothing back.
