Cannot Get a world uploaded to a realm

Having set up a realm I try to replace world with one i have already created but getting an error. And will not export.

Also tried creating a realm from the world I had created already by selecting the play in realms button, but that did not work either, just put me in a whole new world.

 

I am paying money for two realms now neither of which are what I want.
