Cannot download realm backup for single player access.

This issue is recurring even when playing in previous versions of Minecraft realms where I cannot download my realm backup. Every time I attempt the download, it will fail before hitting 100%. I would like to access my realm map as I will no longer be paying for the realm subscription but I cannot complete the download.
