Hacked realm

A Bedrock Realm that I help moderate for has been hacked and has been completely inaccessible for about a month now. We have been trying to get help from people but eventually I was told to just submit a bug report to fix it. I attatched a screenshot below, and this is what we see every time we try to join the realm and are immediately kicked. TheMusicalMutt is the owner of the realm and not even he has any way at all to access the realm but is still paying for it despite the fact nobody is doing anything to help us. What do we need to do to actually get this fixed?
