Realms hostile mobs instantly spawning in the nether

When in the nether, there is always two ghasts present per player and when killed, another spawns instantly. A similar problem happens with skeletons, piglins and magma cubes where they spawn to almost undefeatable amounts, say about 10-25 in certain biomes.
