Disconnect When In the Nether

Hello,

I have been playing realms with my friend for about a day flawlessly without much error, but have come across a problem. Whenever we venture into the nether be it me- or him we inevitably will get disconnected and kicked from the game. When re-entering the realm we get kicked back to the latest auto save and lose any progress past the save. I have tried this with just me in the server and it still does the same thing, freeze-then disconnect. And we can tell the disconnect is about to happen because everything freezes right before it disconnects us.
