Cannot upload local game to realm

Hi, 

My girlfriend just bought one month realm subscription because she wanted to upload a local game we are playing in our Nintendo Switch. 

When she tries to upload the game to the realm the next error message appears "An error has occurred"

 

There's no more text no nothing about what is happening.
