I can't reset or replace my world in the realms

I'm doing a 30-day trial since yesterday to be able to decide whether or not to pay realms monthly to play with my friends, but from the moment I started the trial, I can't reset or replace my world in the realms, when I try, it gives error. Please correct this bug, I want to play with my friends.
