World wont upload when trying to replace realm

I keep trying to replace a realm. it gets to the screen that says "initializing upload" then itll get stuck on that screen. keep in mind the world im trying to upload is ~300MB. to recreate it just choose a realm, go to replace, then attempt to replace it with a large world.
