Minecraft world reset, need to restore from backup multiple times

Have found the Realms world reset to a new world several times when the Realms members login, have had to restore the world from a backup to get the world back again in the state it was in when last used. The Realms owner has not made changes to the world status, only the owner has access to edit the world.
