Realm Connection Error after renewal

On 9/19/20 my realm subscription renewed and me and my friends tried to connect to the realm. We are presented with message io.netty.channel.AstractChannel$AnnotatedConnectExeption. What do I do. I've tried reporting to customer service and that didn't work
