Respawning at the same place

There is an error than i don't know if this bug Exists at Minecraft. I'm respawning at loop at the same place i just died. I've joined in a Realm, then i just died, ok i respawned in a ocean, i tried to kill myself, but i respawned at the same place, more like it was a loop, i don't know if this bug exists, but this happened to me.
