You are not eligible to start a Realms Trial.

When I click on "start a free realms trial", accept the terms of conditions, a message pops up saying "You are not eligible to start a Realms Trial."

I am over 18, and so it says on my account settings.

Please help as it is the only way I can play with my friends.
