Chunks Disappearing

I logged into my realm this morning and saw 'Llama fell out of the world' in the chat. Looked around and apparently entire chunks have been deleted from the world (not invisible, just gone). Looks like this happened sometime between Friday night and this morning. I've restarted the game and my console, and run the most recent backup locally, but nothing changed.
