Realms not creating

Hello. I purchased Realms Plus in December 2018. Everything worked wonderfully until a month ago. I went on my Realm and it crashed. As I was investigating, I went on the Realms Plus page on the Marketplace and Message 1 appeared. I clicked ok, it says "Creating Realm" and then the second message came up. This has happened numerous times. What should I do?
