My Realm isn't loading the texture packs

There was an update for the Natural texture pack which I downloaded, now when I go into my realm it's just a standard pack. I have tried deactivating the pack and then reactivating it, that doesn't do the trick. Playing a local game is fine, not an issue, so it has to be realms
