Realms doesn't work

Good evening! Realms does not work for me at startup! It says "Invalid session identifier. Try to restart minecraft" Also I accidentally started two servers and paid not 480 rubles, but 960, BECAUSE THE SITE DOES NOT EVEN HAS A CONMIRMATION OF THE PAYMENT and I did not know that there would be a payment to restart the server. In general, I need, firstly, a refund for one of the running servers, and, secondly, help me figure out the problem I described above.
