Changed texture pack for Realm and am now unable to connect to Realm

Like the Summary says, I tried changing the texture pack for my realm, however when doing so I was given an error message that disappeared faster than I could read. I tried connecting to my realm and now forever load, or moved back to main menu with the same error flashing in and out of existence. Almost a quarter of my paid service time has now been occupied by down time due to strange errors/glitches.
