Realm being super glitched and not loading

So whenever i try load up my realm. i get stuck on loading resource packs but we dont have any. sometimes it lets me in after like 10 minutes. but when i do get in, i cant open my inventory or chests, my blocks dont have visuals when broken and they dont drop, chunks arent loading properly and i lag alot when my friends see me.

ive had this issue for around 24 hours and it really annoying, any advice?
