Can't interact with realm

I appear still to other players but I am able to move and only few chunks are shown and so as I appear still to other players no matter what changes I make it doesn't happen like breaking animation doesn't show and if blocks are broken they don't drop and I can't see any gui including my own inventory and this also happened on my server and btw this is version 1.16.20 and in the next full version released I would expect this bug to be gone otherwise it would be money wasted when I make my own realm
