I can't connect to realms

So i was playing on a realm, i was bored so i left for 1-2 hours and when i came back and i got a message saying "you need to be in Microsoft services" something like that, so i wrote an email, they fixed it and now it wont load realms i could join "We could not connect to Realms right now. We will try again soon." i have this screen for already 4 hours and it wont connect i turned off internet 2 times already. I would appreciate if someone tells me how to fix it.
