When a "RAID" does happen

The raider come, you kill the guy with the flag, a raid starts with the green bar showing a reaid is about to begin, the green line gets to the end, then NOTHING.  Not one thing, no raiders, no horn, just the green bar at the top until some time has past to tell you that the raid is ended.
