Add-on on my realm don't load

Well Hi my name is Jorge Well this 20 days i Belén Witt realms we're normal , bit now i try to put a New add-on ti my world but ir only said , loading then iniating upload then export in progress And never load anything my world is 449.6 Mb And i can't download then world yo save my progress pls help
