Cannot verify child account

I am unable to verify child account using credit card method since I am in the US and processing takes place in another country.  I had to purchase Minecraft via Amazon so that he could play the java edition the last time.  

There MUST be a different path for parental authorization made available since the current one (CC verification ... that any 10 year old with a clue could circumvent by the way - via simply taking the parents' card from a wallet and sending the request to a fake email account).

Perhaps implement a parental account requirement that we can register our email address to.  Or move the CC processing into the US so that the credit card verification will work.

Anyway - without this change, it's not possible to give my child permission - thus making the parental verification "broken" (IMO ... someone may argue this is a feature request, but I'd contend that the feature is broken since it won't work correctly without changes and there's nothing stating it should not work for US credit cards.)
