My Minecraft vip does not work, nor does my realm

I had mine craft realm for a few months, but the last 3 months i had issues creating and uploaden realm, my kids also had trouble joining it, and when They finally join, there Are issues With the plug in and Kain packs so They Cant see the "pets" and other special plugins for the particular World i created.

 

so so far, its a waste of money!

I whould like to be compensated for the non working months i paid for and have the issue fixed!
