Control and chat missing

 

 

I have an issue with my game. I went into my world or mineville my chat and my control are missing. I have remove the game and load back more than ten times also  check see my see update and I also check  online Suggestion  on minecraft help nothing seems linked my issue.

Can  you please fit the bug
