From Info, Incomplete Realm / Something Went Wrong

I subscribed to Minecraft Realms from IOS. I can access the game and play.  My daughter and I do not want to lose the world we created. Note: I previously had second realm which I canceled because it wouldn't allow us to play. 

When I go to Setting / Subcriptions / Info I get:

Incomplete Realm

It looks like we didn't finish things last time. Lets complete creating your realm now.

When I click on "OK", I get:

Something Went Wrong

Your purchase succeeded, but we couldn't create your realm right now. We will creat your Realm as soon as possible. Check back later on this device.
