Man Made Water Rendering Distance

Man made water structures have reduced visibility (15 blocks). Using a night vision potion and/or conduit night vision does not improve visibility. 

Steps to recreate:

1. Build a 6x6x6 structure
2. Place buckets of water at the top block of the structure until volume is filled.
