Cannot Connect to Friend's Realm

I originally sent this to Mojang support (1017335) and they recommended that I submit my issue here. 

 

My friend (YashiBEAST) has a Realm that I've been participating in for at least over a month. Recently, I've been having troubles logging in through my computer specifically. A friend logged in under my account on their computer and was able to log in without any issues. No settings have been changed, or updated, on my computer, but I am stuck on the loading screen for an extremely long time. I let it go for about an hour of trying to connect without success.

 

I am unsure of what to do. It's been over two weeks now and I am still unable to login.
