Realms Crashes(For all’s member’s)

I have an issue with my realm, it crash when 3 or mores persons are in, it crash for all’s members, this issue start at 1.16.1 and still on 1.16.20, I contact a support and they say me this issue is resolved on next update(1.16.20) but I still having it, I have realms on Nintendo Switch but if I try on other dispositive it crash too because is not the freeze error, is a crash of the realm for all’s members. Thanks.
