"Your purchase succeeded but we couldn't create your realm right now." continues after many retries.

"Your purchase succeeded but we couldn't create your realm right now." I'm can't create the realm or use any of the content I already paid for. Been trying couple of hours since I bought it. Any solutions in this case? 

 

I already updated it to 1.16.20 (bedrock) and it is not fix at all.
