I renewed my realm, it was not renewed, a new one was made and I cannot use it

What happened is that I have a realm and in the game with many friends, what happened is that on the 5th of this month the month ended so I still could not pay it, until yesterday I could pay it and when I gave it to renew it It worked fine but it did not appear as if it was renewed, it kept saying expired, and when I checked the subscriptions of my xbox account it said that another realm was created, the real problem is that I cannot access it in some way, therefore the money it took to get went to empty because I can't access it, so I would like you to solve it, thanks
