Java.io.ioe.expection i am disconnected from my server

Error is java.io.ioeexpection an existing connection was forcibly closed by remote host.

 

I am connecting to my server and after some seconds/minutes i am disconnecting from server, my other friends can connect to server thought.

 

I have used creating my own server and with that there are no issues this is only affecting Realms.
