Realms problems with privacy settings

I'd like to repport a bug where it says I can't play in realms due to my privacy settings, but even after checking my privacy settings, which have all multiplayer services allowed, even restarting the console, logging off and back in, closing the game and opening it again, it won't let me play on realms, which I paid for.
