i can't download my world of my realm on minecraft for Nintendo Switch

after have a lot of issues trying to upload a world on my realm of minecraft for nintendo switch i finally did it.

and now i can't download it, the screen goes freeze with the message "initializing download"

and the download never start

this happens on the plataforms i have tried (nintendo switch and windows 10)

this is kinda funny
