Cannot connect my friends realm

So ever since 1.16 its all been downhill from there

I cannot connect to my friend's realm anymore. I once just let is stand there for almost 3 hours for trying to connect. nothing happened. please fix this. 

 

Realms name is 420 for 2020 created by D_the_Decent
