Resource Pack request shows Mojang loading screen repeatedly, doesn't load

This bug may be an extension to the one I previously experienced in Minecraft 1.16.1, as now in 1.16.2, my Realm isn't loading at all. I'm trying to join my Realm with a mini-game loaded that requires a resource pack. I try to join it and it displays the resource pack request, I click yes and the Mojang loading screen appears but nothing happens. When I click yes again the loading screen fades back in twice, yet it still doesn't load. And this is just happening perpetually, I can't get into my Realm at all.
