realm frequently crash

my friends and i started a new realm to try 1.16 updates one month ago, however this realm have already crashed for at least seven times. with no regularity and no sign, who ever playing in the realm lost the connection in the same timing with the lost of data from the last log off or automatically backup.

we are choosing realms instead of crafting a server because we would like to pay more money for less matters. i really hope mojang can solve this problem.
