glitch delay with placing/destroying blocks, fighting, shooting...everything

For the past month or so whenever I play in my Realm I encounter a glitch delay with everything. When I'm mining there's no sound and blocks just vanish and then all of a sudden I get the noise and see the block break up. All mobs are static and then suddenly zoom to a new position. It impossible to fight and I can strike something repeatedly with a sword and nothing happensand then the mob is suddenly somewhere else and I'm hitting thin air, or I find Im dead and have to respawn.

Its becoming impossible to play with the delay.

I'm playing on a Samsung Tablet and I've just updated to the latest version of the OS and I have the latest version of Minecraft installed.
