Minecraft servers not appearing

When I log onto Minecraft, I get a message saying I cannot join realms due to my settings. However, I'm not playing on a child account nor do I have a parent account set up to change my settings. Also, the settings I'm required to have (being able to create and join clubs and join multiplayer games) are set to allow. I've tried everything, and nothing is working.
