Realms Plus Is Taking My Money But Not Giving Me Any Of The Promised Services

So far I have paid for two diffrent realms twice in the past two months and both have been unable to access. It also took money off my microsoft balance ($17). Im very concern with this issue and im wondering if I could get refunded my money.
